CMCO expands its Crosby Easy-Loc shackle bolt securement system

CMCO a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of intelligent motion solutions for material handling, has expanded the Crosby Easy-Loc bolt securement system to include 16 new capacities compatible with Crosby G-2130, G-2140, and G-2160 shackles.

Easy-Loc delivers enhanced safety, faster installation, and long-term reliability by eliminating the need for cotter pins and enabling fast, toolless, ergonomic assembly. Installation can be completed in three easy steps, with one hand, allowing users to complete an assembly 90% faster than the traditional bolt, nut, and cotter pin method.

With its patented design, Easy-Loc is corrosion-resistant and engineered for lasting performance in demanding environments. It is also DROPS (Dropped Objects Prevention Scheme) compatible, minimizing the risk of dropped components.

Easy-Loc is compatible with new and existing shackles already in service. Integrated handles are available on larger sizes to allow for safer and easier handling.

New capacities include:

• Crosby G-2130E – 25t, 35t, 55t, 85t, 120t, and 150t
• Crosby G-2140E – 30t, 40t, 55t, 85t, 120t, 150t, and 175t
• Crosby G-2160E – 30t, 50t, and 55t
