Kito Crosby launches Gunnebo Industries LPE Lifting Point

Kito Crosby has launched the Gunnebo Industries LPE – a next-generation lifting point engineered to replace traditional eye bolts and redefine safety, performance, and versatility in lifting operations.

Designed to address the limitations of conventional eye bolts, particularly under side loads, the LPE Lifting Point offers a robust and smart solution for modern lifting needs.

From moulds and dies to machinery and components, the LPE Lifting Point is designed to offer a smarter, safer alternative to eye bolts.

The LPE lifting point has a 360deg rotation with ball bearings for smooth, controlled movement – even under load – and the patented bail design reduces the risk of shock loading. LPE has three installation options: hand tightening, hex wrench, or spanner and is available in seven thread sizes, from M8 to M30. The devices have a high-visibility finish for enhanced safety and identification.

To further enhance flexibility, the LPV Thread Conversion Adaptor enables users to convert existing threaded holes to accommodate smaller lifting points, which is suitable ideal for retrofitting and optimizing lifting setups.

Tested to EN standards, the LPE supports a wide range of lifting configurations and includes clear load markings and temperature-based performance guidance. Whether used for temporary or permanent lifting, it comes with inspection and fatigue guidelines to ensure long-term reliability.
