JLG expands its aftermarket parts offering
JLG Industries has introduced AllFleet Parts, a new cross-fleet parts solution available through JLG Online Express (onlineexpress.jlg.com). AllFleet Parts is designed to support today’s diverse equipment fleets with a broad selection of aftermarket replacement parts – all in one convenient online destination.
“Fleet managers, contractors, equipment owners and rental operations are responsible for keeping a wide range of machines running,” says Wade Jones, senior director – aftermarket, JLG. “AllFleet Parts gives them broader access to the parts they use every day, whether they’re maintaining aerial equipment, telehandlers, skid steers or other compact machines. It’s about delivering flexibility, coverage and confidence across the fleet.”
The AllFleet Parts portfolio spans more than 60 brands and supports a wide range of equipment used in construction, agriculture, landscaping, utility work, industrial maintenance and rental fleets, including:
- Competitive Parts – Replacement parts designed to fit specific brands and models
- Universal and Commodity Parts – Standardized replacement components that work across multiple machine types and brands, including JLG equipment
AllFleet Parts focuses on the high-frequency wear and service items that drive ongoing maintenance needs, including: engine parts, tyres, tracks, batteries, oil filters, shop supplies and compact equipment attachments (buckets, augers, forks, grapples and specialty).
“Unlike brand-specific replacement programs, AllFleet Parts is built for the realities of mixed fleets,” says Jones. “From routine service items to productivity-enhancing attachments for compact equipment used in earthmoving, material handling and utility applications, AllFleet Parts helps equipment owners and operators find what they need to maintain and maximize their fleets.”
AllFleet Parts is fully integrated into Online Express, allowing users to quickly find parts that fit, place orders and access expert support when needed, no extra steps or second-guessing. From search to checkout, the experience is designed to help customers identify compatible parts and complete purchases with confidence.
