JLG to showcase product and technology innovations at ARA and ConExpo
JLG will deliver a dual-market showcase at the 2026 trade show season, bringing new equipment introductions, digital fleet advancements and purpose-built solutions to both rental and construction professionals at the industry’s most influential events.
The company will exhibit at The ARA Show 2026 in Orlando, Florida, 2 – 5 March at the Orange County Convention Center, followed closely by ConExpo-Con/Agg 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada, 3 – 7 March at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Across both shows, JLG will spotlight products and technologies designed to increase uptime, expand application flexibility and simplify fleet operations.
One of the centerpiece product categories JLG will highlight is its newly introduced micro-sized scissor lift lineup, developed for confined spaces, weight-restricted floors and indoor environments where conventional access equipment may be impractical.
Designed for applications in data centres, schools, healthcare facilities, libraries, airports, museums and commercial buildings, JLG’s micro-sized scissor lift models feature a 30in machine width and zero-degree inside turning radius, offering true doorway access and precise maneuverability in corridor or congested work environments. With operating weights under 3000lb – and some under 2000lb – the machines are built to perform on weight-sensitive flooring and fit inside freight elevators.
A notable design element is a stable platform architecture engineered to reduce sway during elevated work. The ES1930M incorporates an optimized arm stack and offset middle pin system for enhanced operator confidence at height. All models deliver 500lb platform capacity, supporting up to two occupants indoors and making these micro models well-suited for HVAC, electrical, IT installation, painting and facility maintenance work.
Productivity and jobsite safety enhancements available across the lineup include: an integrated mid-rail deck; a 900W inverter; a white noise alarm; a multi-display indicator with battery and fault readouts; anti-vandalism and hostile environment packages; SkySense enhanced detection system and lithium-ion battery options
Each JLG micro-sized scissor lift also includes leak-containment systems to protect sensitive surfaces and is built with simplified service access to reduce downtime and the total cost of ownership.
JLG will also feature its expanding digital ecosystem powered by ClearSky Smart Fleet, the company’s IoT platform that is redefining fleet management through connected workflows, remote diagnostics and data-driven decision-making.
Recently introduced advancements elevate ClearSky Smart Fleet from traditional telematics into a two-way communication network that connects machines, technicians and sites in real time. New capabilities include:
- Automatic Site Networks – Bluetooth mesh technology enables automatic machine-to-machine connectivity without relying on GPS or cellular signal, improving visibility in remote or enclosed environments.
- Digital Analyzer Reader – Mobile-based diagnostics transform smartphones and tablets into full-function analyzer tools, enabling faster service and easy data sharing in the field.
- Digital Access Control – Fleet managers can remotely set machine permissions — from full access to restricted operation — using the Smart Fleet mobile app, removing dependence on physical keypads.
- Over-the-Air (OTA) Updates – Software updates are completed wirelessly in under 30 minutes per unit, enabling multi-machine updates and automatic restoration of settings from system memory.
- Elevation-Based Localization – Barometric sensors allow fleet managers and technicians to locate machines by floor level on multi-story job sites, cutting down search time and service delays.
These new features collectively improve uptime, reduce service labour and enable smarter utilization of mixed fleets — reinforcing JLG’s strategy of connecting job sites, not just machines.
