Alberto Piñeiro Lift successfully completes a complex operation using Ruthmann technology

Alberto Piñeiro Lift (APL), a specialist in personnel lifting technology with over 20 years of experience, has completed a complex facade cleaning and maintenance project. In this case, the company used its Ruthmann Steiger T 750 HF. This project was made possible due to the expertise of the professionals at AP Lift and Ruthmann’s HighFlex system.

The Ruthmann Steiger T 750 HF model has a working height of 75m, a maximum lateral reach of 41m and a basket load capacity of 600kg. Due to the HighFlex system, customers and operators benefit from greater versatility. This concept incorporates significant advancements in the basket design and the boom’s swing angle, maximizing operational versatility, mobility, and stability at the job site.

The HighFlex system allows for a swivel angle of up to 440deg at the work basket, while the boom (Rüssel) has a swivel angle of 220deg. Due to the work platform’s robust construction – which includes numerous equipment options – and the ‘vertical platform position’ concept, HighFlex operators can reach objects at height with precision and stability. It also facilitates work below the reference plane as well as ‘up, over, and back’ applications, expanding access even in complex environments or confined spaces. The HighFlex development delivers significant technical advantages on the job site and offers Ruthmann customers considerable added value in terms of access, reach, load capacity, and stability.

Last year, Alberto Piñerio added his third 90m Ruthmann Steiger T 900 HF truck-mounted aerial work platform to his fleet, after having been convinced over the past few years of its working range, stability, and versatility in adapting to any type of job. He also highlights its compact dimensions and flexibility when parking, due to its adjustable outriggers.

AMCO Machinery & Consulting, a sales and service partner of Ruthmann, supports its customers in Spain and Portugal through its customer service and comprehensive technical and commercial consulting, offering the full range of technical services.

Alberto Piñeiro says, “We are very satisfied with the consistent availability of AMCO’s technical service. They have highly qualified and solution-oriented electromechanics. The spare parts supply is also excellent: deliveries from the central warehouse are made within one business day.”

Albert Piñeiro Lift operates both nationally and internationally, particularly in the industrial and energy sectors, such as wind turbine maintenance, construction, and the maintenance of major infrastructure projects. The company has a fleet of ten Ruthmann truck-mounted aerial work platforms with reaches ranging from 51 to 90m. APL has locations in Galicia, Andalusia, and the Valencia region.
