Vertikal Days 2025
The countdown has begun for what promises to be one of the best Vertikal Days yet. Mark your calendars for 10 and 11 September, when the lifting and work at height industries converge at Newark Showground for two days of networking, and most importantly, to see the latest ideas and developments that manufacturers and service providers have been working on.
Located in Nottinghamshire, the 126 acre site transforms into a bustling hub of activity for the week of the show, which is held on the one kilometre long Vulcan Runway. This year is the 18th edition of Vertikal Days, following the inaugural event at Haydock Park in 2007.
Europe’s biggest
This year’s show looks set to be Europe’s largest event dedicated to lifting equipment, whether that be heavy loads or people needing to work at height. True to its welcoming tradition, Vertikal Days maintains its all inclusive policy with parking, entry, refreshments and a full blown lunch.
Innovation takes centre stage
Visitors to the show will have the chance to view, test and try a wide array of new products, ideas and solutions from the industry’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of cranes, aerial work platforms and telehandlers. But equally, if not more important, are the dozens of specialist suppliers developing new technology and solutions that span everything from software and electronics to safety equipment and innovative ancillary products.
Adding fresh energy to the mix will be 21 first time exhibitors making their Vertikal Days debut at this year’s event. They represent diverse specialities including replacement parts for aerial lifts, glass handling solutions, the latest generator and off grid power technology, and much more.
Live action and real time innovation
Many of the exhibitors will be demonstrating their latest equipment on their stands, giving visitors the opportunity to witness and even try out the latest products and developments.
History on display
A number of companies are also planning to bring along some of their classic/historic cranes or lifts, in which case there will be ‘Classics’ area for those interesting learning how things were.
Your complete event guide
The 50 page guide to the show is carried in the September issue of Cranes & Access magazine which highlights the brands at the event and where to find them on the showground, with details on what new products to look out for, along with a list of the events and timings. You can also pick up a copy of the guide when you arrive at the show at registration where you will also find copies of ILH.
The Marketplace Pavilion
At the heart of the showground lies the Marketplace Pavilion and café. This is where you will find the companies showcasing new technology, electronics, components, parts, rigging gear, safety equipment and services. Including training suppliers, financial solution providers and inspection companies. A true treasure trove of industry essentials.
The Marketplace café provides tea, coffee, and snacks throughout the day. It’s also the perfect spot to meet with colleagues or simply take a well deserved break.
New Products to Look Out For
A brand new aerial work platform manufacturer, Navigator Lifts will launch two new manually powered push around lifts – the Explora and Scout – with working heights of 4.6 and 3.65m.
