Konecranes Chairman of the Board Donates Shares to Family Members

Konecranes Plc’s Chairman of the Board of Directors Stig Gustavson donated all of his shares in the Helsinki, Finland-based company to his two daughters in equal proportions, while retaining the voting rights and rights to dividends attached to the donated shares.

The donation encompasses a total 2,069,778 shares, which corresponds to approximately 3.27 percent of all of the company’s shares and voting rights.

The transfer of the shares was executed in the book-entry securities system on December 28–29, 2011.
