JLG expands access to its Online Express platform

JLG has expanded access to its e-commerce platform. JLG equipment owners across Europe can now easily find and purchase parts for their machines through new capabilities on Online Express. For the first time, any VAT-registered customer can register quickly and pay by credit card to order parts directly from JLG.

This enhanced access gives users a fast, convenient way to browse interactive manuals, look up parts by machine or serial number, and complete purchases with just a few clicks. Whether maintaining a single machine or managing a mixed fleet, equipment owners and operators now have more powerful tools and trusted OEM parts at their fingertips.

Key benefits of Online Express include: a fast and easy search – by serial numbers, part descriptions or interactive manuals;  same day shipping for items in stock and access to a large inventory of OEM and competitive parts. Shipments can be tracked and customers can create shopping lists for easy reordering.

Users with a subscription can also access the ClearSky Smart Fleet desktop portal via Online Express. Its user-friendly navigation,  supported by powerful features, provides customers with immediate visibility of fleet locations, health, and performance data.
