Tiger Lifting manufacture and provide a range of manual hoisting and winching products globally. We also provide a range of pneumatic air hoists, trolleys and winches and a huge selection of lifting clamps. We are a distributor of YOKE digital products and are part of the RiConnect network, distributing products with RFID digital functionality.

Our manual hoisting range includes chain blocks and lever hoists, trolleys, clamps and combination units. We offer a wide range of winches for a variety of applications. We also offer spark proof, corrosion resistant and bespoke OEM products for special applications

We have manufactured the Tiger brand of manual lifting products for over 60 years and have a proven track record and an enviable reputation for supplying high quality safe, stable products into a varied cross-section of demanding industries throughout the world.

Our latest product launch is the Tiger Lifting UL26 hoist. The UL26 comes with our latest Patent Pending SASS Technology that offers the ultimate protection in lever hoist design. Going further than any other hoist, this innovative design delivers complete user confidence by providing total safety and security, even in the most arduous operating conditions and beyond traditional environments.

SASS technology operates independently from the normal “Weston style” Ratchet and Pawl Brakes and has been proven to absorb a falling load when the standard brake has been completely removed from the hoist. This is achieved because the SASS technology operates directly onto the load sheave, independently of the pinion shaft and gears, and automatically deploys in an emergency to arrest the load within 300mm.

Bringing together the empirically proven benefits of the patented Quad Cam pawl and ratchet design, which has established a trusted track record over 15 years of continuous use in both subsea and utility overhead line sectors.
