MEC Strengthens Product Management Team

MEC Aerial Work Platforms is expanding its Product Management organization with the addition of industry veterans Rob Orlowski and Corey Raymo, strengthening the team responsible for turning field feedback and rental fleet needs into continued product innovation.

Rob Orlowski joined MEC in January 2026 as director of Product Development, where he leads the company’s product development process, cross-functional program execution, and product portfolio analytics. Rob brings extensive experience from leadership positions spanning engineering, product management, and marketing with some of the industry’s most respected equipment manufacturers, including Hitachi Construction Machinery, Link-Belt, Komatsu America Corporation, and Case New Holland.

Corey Raymo joined MEC in March 2026 as director of Aerial Work Platform Products, responsible for product strategy and lifecycle management across MEC’s portfolio of scissor lifts, vertical mast lifts, and boom lifts. Raymo brings more than two decades of MEWP experience, including product management, engineering, and aftermarket leadership roles at JLG Industries and Manitou Americas. Most recently, he served as global engineering director for Carrier Transicold.

The additions of Rob and Corey significantly expand MEC’s product leadership capabilities at a time when the manufacturer is accelerating investments in new product development and portfolio growth.

“MEC continues to invest aggressively in the people, processes, and technologies that drive product innovation,” said David Baxter, vice president of Product Management at MEC. “Rob and Corey are highly accomplished industry leaders whose combined expertise spans product strategy, engineering, market development, and customer engagement. Their additions strengthen MEC’s ability to bring innovative, market-specific solutions to our North American customers faster while supporting the continued growth of our award-winning product portfolio.”

David added, “As our customers’ needs evolve, MEC is committed to investing in the talent and capabilities necessary to remain a trusted partner and product innovator for working at height.”

The expanded product management team supports MEC’s broader North American growth strategy, as the company builds on 50 years of jobsite performance credibility with new products shaped by customer needs to operate more safely, productively, and profitably.
