Palazzani Industrie joins the Multitel Pagliero Group

Palazzani Industrie has joined the Multitel Pagliero Group, following the acquisition of a majority stake by the Piedmont-based company, which specializes in the design and production of truck-mounted aerial platforms. It is a strategic transaction that enables Palazzani Industrie to further strengthen its international presence and become part of an even more solid and competitive industrial group, enhancing complementary expertise, technological synergies, and key market references.

The merger between Multitel Pagliero and Palazzani Industrie stems from a shared vision and common roots: two Italian family-run businesses with strong links to their local communities but firmly focused on exports, have built their growth on quality, technical expertise, continual innovation and close attention to customers.
