LGMG hosts successful customer event in Madrid
On 23 October, LGMG welcomed nearly 90 customers from Spain and Portugal to its “Explora LGMG” event in Madrid. The day offered an exclusive look at the company’s latest innovations, shared insights into its growth strategy in Europe and the Iberian market and provided a chance to strengthen relationships with key customers.
Attendees explored a wide display of machines, covering the full LGMG range, from scissor lifts and boom lifts to vertical masts, telehandlers, and forklifts. Key product highlights included:
- AR32J-2 Articulated Boom Lift – 34.2 m working height, 20.43 m horizontal outreach, 260/350kg platform capacity, Kubota diesel engine.
- S0607E-2 Electric Scissor Lift – 7.8 m working height, 230 kg platform capacity, 2 m stowed height and zero emission operations
- H625 Telehandler – 2.500 kg maximum capacity, 5.94 m lifting height, four-wheel drive and steering, with both electric and diesel versions available.
- F25 Rough Terrain Forklift – 2.500 kg lifting capacity, 3.4 m lifting height, with hydrostatic transmission system and four-wheel drive.
Highlights of the day were the first European debuts of the F25 Rough Terrain Forklift and the AR32J-2 Articulated Boom Lift, which both drew significant attention from the attendees. Customers were able to test the machines firsthand, experiencing their comfort, stability, and smooth operation.
LGMG also shared plans for upcoming products, including a new range of rotating telehandlers up to 26m, rough terrain forklifts up to 5t, and electric and hybrid scissor lifts reaching up to 32m.
Throughout the day, interactive tools encouraged customers to share their opinions and experiences. This feedback helped the LGMG team understand their challenges and priorities while highlighting what customers value most: reliability, product quality, and value for money.
The event also sparked an engaging discussion on electrification, highlighting the differences between Northern and Southern Europe. While LGMG has already implemented electric solutions across Central and Northern markets, the focus is now on expanding in the South. In Spain, some local barriers remain, but LGMG’s electric and hybrid models have proven highly competitive, offering clear advantages in price, efficiency, and energy savings.
The event was a proof of LGMG’s commitment to Spain and Portugal. With a growing customer base and over 80 models available across the Iberian Peninsula, LGMG continues to invest in local support, training, and service to meet changing customer needs. Despite recent market challenges, LGMG maintains a strategy focused on sustainable growth, customer loyalty, and innovation-driven solutions.
“Explora LGMG was a great opportunity to connect with our customers, hear their feedback, and show the innovation and reliability that define LGMG,” said Verania Costa, sales director of Southern Europe. “Spain and Portugal are increasingly important markets for us, and we remain fully committed to delivering high-quality equipment and trusted support.”
Explora LGMG was more than just a product showcase. It offered a chance to strengthen relationships, celebrate the brand’s growth in Europe, and demonstrate LGMG’s dedication to meeting customer needs through innovation, service, and collaboration.
